The Jacarandas are in brilliant lavender blossoms all across the Southland and just up the hill from our own Coachella Valley the charming little mountain village of Idyllwild is awash in lilacs. May brings Mother’s Day and warmth, a time for all our local flora and fauna to stretch and breathe in new life.
